Delivery Policy
Each Telflora gift bouquet is hand-delivered by an industry professional and we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To guarantee same-day delivery, please order before 12:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, (Destination Country Time). Orders received beyond these times will be delivered the next day. We can not confirm any delivery of flowers on Sundays. Teleflora can not be responsible for late delivery in case the recipient is not reachable at the phone number provided by the customer.

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the delivery time to addresses of rural roads, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it in the Special Instructions field when ordering. We will do our best to satisfy your preferences.

Before the big holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Delivery to hospitals
The florists of our Teleflora network are used to making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, be sure to include the name and phone number of the hospital, the name of the recipient and the room number or common room of the recipient.

Teleflora will send your gift bouquet in accordance with the facility's procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to deliver personally to individual rooms. Also note that many patients in intensive care are not allowed to receive flowers. Please confirm with the hospital before placing your order.

Recipient absent
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, indicate them in the field Special delivery instructions at the time 

to place an order. In all other cases, if the addressee is not at home when the neighborhood florist tries a delivery, the latter will:

- call the recipient to set an appropriate delivery time

- leave a note on the recipient's door asking him to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time

- leave the floral arrangement in a covered and protected place of the house (porch, garage, or other entrance)

- leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor and put a message on the recipient's door with this information.
