Politique de remboursement

Although we do our best to make sure this does not happen, on very rare occasions, flowers arrive at destination damaged or fail to reach due to an unexpected delivery problem. If the recipient receives damaged flowers, please contact us immediately so that we can:

· Are returned on the next available delivery date;

· A full or partial refund (% of the reimbursement depends on the circumstances of the incident).

Generally we will not offer a refund and return the package. If the flowers have been damaged, we will normally ask for their return or photographs clearly showing the problem, in order to use them to determine what went wrong with our system, and to claim compensation if possible from our delivery service ( where appropriate). It is important that we be contacted as soon as possible about this. We need to be informed within 3 days after delivery to give us the best chance to solve the problem correctly. We will, at our discretion, review the incident and the issues raised while reserving the right to refuse the refund or return options.

Exchange Policy
Sometimes substitutions of flowers or containers are needed because of temporary availability problems in the area. If this is the case with the gift you have selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and colors of your floral arrangement are preserved and will only substitute products of equal or greater value.
